PM Modi Refutes Congress Allegations, Defends Constitution in Janjgir-Champa Rally

Date:

Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh – Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a rally held here on Tuesday, strongly refuted allegations made by the Congress party that the BJP would alter the constitution if they return to power.

The Prime Minister launched a scathing attack on the opposition party over remarks made by its South Goa candidate. The candidate’s comments pertained to constitutional provisions that came into effect in the coastal state following its liberation in 1961. PM Modi termed these remarks as an “insult of India’s constitution and of Baba Sahab Ambedkar.”

Addressing a large gathering, PM Modi took several jibes at the Congress party. He stated, “Appeasement and vote bank politics are in the DNA of Congress.” This statement is seen as a direct hit on the Congress party’s political strategies.

The rally saw PM Modi defending the constitution and the principles it stands for. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the sanctity of the constitution and credited its formation to Baba Sahab Ambedkar.

The political atmosphere heats up as the country heads towards another election season. The statements made at this rally are expected to resonate in the political corridors in the days to come.
