PM Narendra Modi’s Rally in Ambala: A Call for ‘Dhaakad’ Governance

Date:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during a rally in Ambala, Haryana, drew parallels between the spirit of Haryana and his government’s ten-year tenure, both of which he described as ‘dhaakad’ – a term colloquially used in Hindi to denote strength and resilience.

“Haryana means ‘himmat’ (courage), Haryana means ‘hausla’ (determination). That is why, Haryana is ‘dhaakad’,” said the Prime Minister, addressing a massive crowd. He further added, “Just like Haryana, Modi has run the government for 10 years in a ‘dhaakad’ manner.”

The Prime Minister’s speech was punctuated by the roaring sound of Rafale aircraft soaring in the skies above. The sight of these state-of-the-art fighter jets, stationed at the Ambala Air Force Station, filled the audience with a sense of pride and patriotism.

“Today, when you see Rafale aircraft in the skies of Ambala, don’t you feel proud?” asked the Prime Minister, to which the crowd responded with a resounding ‘yes’.

The Prime Minister’s visit to Ambala comes ahead of the upcoming elections. He concluded his speech by seeking the blessings of the people of Haryana for another five years in office.

“I have come to seek your blessings for the next 5 years,” he said, expressing his desire to continue serving the nation with the same ‘dhaakad’ spirit.

The rally ended on a high note, with the crowd cheering in support of the Prime Minister’s vision for a resilient and determined India, much like the ‘dhaakad’ spirit of Haryana.
