PM Modi Concludes Two-Day Meditation at Vivekananda Rock Memorial

Date:

Narendra Modi concluded a two-day-long meditation session at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. The meditation retreat, which started on Saturday, ended on Sunday evening.

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) informed that the Prime Minister spent his time in solitude, meditating and introspecting, away from the hustle and bustle of his political responsibilities. This spiritual retreat comes amidst the backdrop of the ongoing political developments in the country.

The Vivekananda Rock Memorial, where the Prime Minister chose to meditate, is a significant monument and a symbol of unity and peace. It was built in 1970 in honor of Swami Vivekananda, who is said to have attained enlightenment on the rock.

The PMO stated that the Prime Minister’s visit to the memorial was a private one and was aimed at spending some time in solitude for self-reflection. The Prime Minister has often spoken about the importance of meditation and has been seen practicing it on various public occasions.

The two-day meditation retreat of the Prime Minister at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial has drawn attention from various quarters. While some see it as a personal endeavor of the Prime Minister towards self-improvement, others view it as a gesture that promotes the importance of mental health and inner peace.

The Prime Minister’s meditation retreat ended on a peaceful note on Sunday evening, and he is expected to resume his official duties from Monday.
