The examination, held on April 19, witnessed strong participation, with over 6,100 candidates applying for 83 graduate-level posts. Out of these, more than 5,100 candidates appeared for the test, reflecting a high turnout.

The exam was conducted in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM across multiple centres in Kargil. Authorities made elaborate arrangements to maintain fairness and efficiency throughout the process.

To ensure proper monitoring, the administration deployed a large workforce, including 28 centre supervisors, 34 assistant supervisors, 347 invigilators, and 113 authentication officials. In addition, observers were appointed for different clusters, while flying squads were also deployed for surveillance.

Security and transparency were further strengthened with the presence of personnel from Ladakh Police and the CRPF. All examination centres were equipped with biometric attendance systems and CCTV surveillance to prevent malpractice and ensure a fair examination environment.
