Prime Minister Modi Lambasts RJD’s Governance in Bihar, Alleges Era of ‘Jungle Raj’

Date:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a scathing critique of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) during a recent public address in Gaya, Bihar, accusing the party of overseeing a period of lawlessness and corruption, commonly referred to as ‘Jungle Raj’, during its tenure in the state.

In a fiery speech, Prime Minister Modi chastised the RJD for its failure to acknowledge its governance shortcomings. “RJD has held sway in Bihar for years, yet they evade any discussion about their governance failures,” Modi asserted, emphasizing the importance of accountability in political leadership.

Employing strong language, Modi condemned the RJD’s administration, alleging that it was marked by chaos and rampant corruption. His remarks implied a belief that the RJD’s rule led to a breakdown of law and order in Bihar.

“RJD’s legacy in Bihar is stained by ‘Jungle Raj’ and corruption,” Modi declared, underlining his conviction that the party’s governance was characterized by mismanagement and malfeasance.

The Prime Minister’s criticism comes amidst a charged political atmosphere in Bihar, with looming elections and shifting alliances reshaping the state’s political landscape. Modi’s remarks signal an escalation in political rhetoric as parties gear up for a fiercely contested electoral battle.

At present, the RJD has refrained from responding to the Prime Minister’s allegations. As Bihar braces for a pivotal electoral showdown, citizens remain vigilant, awaiting further developments in this unfolding political saga.
