Kargil (Ladakh): In a notable development in the field of healthcare and medical education, the Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) of LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, attended the Haematology Update Conference at SMGS Hospital, Jammu as the Chief Guest.
