The Ministry of External Affairs stated that this summit builds upon the momentum generated by previous summits held in 2018 (Stockholm) and 2022 (Copenhagen). Its objective is to comprehensively strengthen ties between India and the Nordic countries across various sectors, including technology, innovation, green energy, sustainable development, the Blue Economy, defense, space, and sustainability.
